Team Photos and Headshots in One 45-Minute Session

Check your team page. If it still shows someone who left, misses two recent hires, or mixes a phone selfie taken in the parking lot with a ten-year-old studio portrait, it’s due.

Maui business team photography from Maui Aloha Photography fixes that in one sitting at your West Maui office, resort or a chosen outdoor spot. For $495 plus tax you get full-team photos, smaller groups, natural branding images and a finished headshot for each of up to five people. Get it done before the next round of staff bios goes out.

The Maui Aloha Difference

  • Price: $495 plus tax covers up to five employees in a session of up to 45 minutes.
  • Bigger teams: $50 per added employee, up to 10 booked online; 11 or more gets a custom quote.
  • Images: 25 or more edited team and branding images, plus one finished headshot per included employee.
  • Location: One West Maui office, resort or outdoor setting of your choosing.
  • Delivery: A private online gallery within 6 to 10 days.

What the $495 Session Covers, Start to Finish

The base package covers up to five employees, up to 45 minutes of shooting, one location, and at least 25 professionally edited images. Each included employee also gets one finished headshot.

The sequence is set. Your photographer meets you, confirms groupings, location and priorities, and starts with the whole team together. Then come departments or partners, then individual headshots, and last the relaxed workplace and lifestyle images that make a company look like people rather than a logo.

Late arrivals cut into that sequence. Have everyone dressed and ready 10 minutes before the start, with one company contact on hand to meet the photographer about parking and property access

Pricing for Teams of Six to Ten

Each employee beyond five adds $50. Simple math. A team of eight comes to $645 and a team of ten to $745, before tax and booking fees. Online booking stops at 10, and a team of 11 or more needs a custom quote.

Three more add-ons are worth knowing about. A second finished headshot for someone already in the session is $30, which suits the owner who wants one formal portrait for the website and one relaxed one for everything else. Another 30 minutes costs $150.

A second nearby West Maui location is also $150, handy when the office is the brand but a nearby beach is the marketing. Extras depend on availability, so request them before the session.

Video isn’t included. But if the website also needs a short brand film, that gets its own written quote.

Dress the Team in Solids and Skip the Logos

Solids win. Coordinated colors photograph best: navy, blue, cream, tan, sage green, burgundy or charcoal. Skip neon. Busy patterns, tiny stripes and big logos go too, unless the logo is the brand.

Plan on one outfit per person unless you arrange more in advance, have everyone arrive fully dressed, and for outdoor shoots on grass or sand bring sensible shoes, water and sun protection. The direction stays relaxed on purpose. Polished portraits and natural branding images only end up in the same gallery once people stop holding their breath for the lens.

Where the Finished Images Get Used

The package includes business usage rights for websites, social media, advertising and print. Bios, posts, ads, brochures: covered.

Use the Google profile too. Google’s own guidance tells businesses to add at least three team photos showing management and employees, and to show “something a little less formal” to humanize the business. A 25-image gallery covers that several times over, with formal headshots for the website and looser branding frames for the profile. A retreat or holiday party later in the year falls under event coverage instead: two hours for $795, with extra hours at $300

A Family-Owned Lahaina Business

Maui Aloha Photography is owned by Alyssa and Kevin Sullivan. Kevin is a Lahaina native who also owns a surf school and helps manage the real estate division of his family’s company, so this is a booking with a local, family-owned Maui business.

A team page is often the first time a customer sees who they will actually be dealing with, long before anyone walks through the door. Faces sell.

Book Your Maui Team Photography Session

Pick a date, enter your final head count, and tell us where the images will be used. Then show up dressed. The questionnaire carries the location, parking and access details, and your company contact meets the photographer on the day so the session starts on time.

Maui Business Photography FAQs

How much do professional headshots cost in Maui?

Maui Aloha Photography’s business package is $495 plus tax and includes a finished headshot for each of up to five employees, along with team and branding images. Adding a sixth person is $50; a second headshot for someone already included is $30

Can a photographer come to our office in West Maui

Yes. Choose one office, resort or outdoor West Maui location, and the exact meeting point is confirmed after the questionnaire is reviewed. A second nearby location adds $150.

How many employees can be in one Maui team photo session?

Up to five are included and you can book up to 10 online at $50 per extra person. Larger teams get a custom quote, and each session is for one company.

Can we use business team photos in advertising?

Yes. Usage rights cover websites, social media, advertising and print, so the same headshot can sit on your staff page, in a printed brochure and in a social media ad. RAW files aren’t provided.

What happens if it rains during an outdoor team photo session?

When weather makes an outdoor location unsafe, photography may pause, relocate or be rescheduled, which is why the booking questionnaire asks for a weather-backup time or date up front. If we cancel for unsafe weather, you can reschedule at no charge or take a full refund of the service amount.
