How a Request Turns Into a Confirmed Shoot
Video books differently from a beach session. You submit a request, and the shoot is confirmed only after you approve a written quote.
The form asks a lot. It covers the type of video, preferred location, approximate budget, how long the finished piece should be, where it will be used, and your vision for it. Nothing gets guessed.
We review that, confirm availability, location and scheduling, then send the quote. Who films it, the scope, the price, the schedule, the place and the delivery estimate are all set in writing before your card is charged.
What Every Video Project Includes
Every project comes with a pre-shoot consultation and a custom filming plan, help with the place and the schedule, filming on location, an edited final video, and digital delivery. Planning matters most. In the consultation you talk through the vision, the schedule and the moments that cannot be missed, and the filming plan gets built around them.
A final-details step then locks the location, meeting point and timing. On the day, the brief is to catch planned moments, natural interactions and the atmosphere in between, and afterward the best footage gets selected and edited into one polished film. Raw footage isn’t included unless your quote says so.

Decide Where the Video Will Live Before Anyone Films It
Start with where the finished video will be played. That answer shapes the length, the framing and the audio plan.
The form asks it directly, along with whether you want horizontal, vertical or both, and whether anyone needs to speak on camera with professional audio. A phone reel and a lobby screen need different shots. Pick before filming.
For a business, the destination may be your Google Business Profile, where Google’s guidelines allow videos of up to 30 seconds and 75 MB, at 720p or higher. Name that in the request. If a 30-second cut is the main deliverable, the film can be planned to that length from the start, and fresh staff photos pair well with it.
Pricing, Add-Ons and Cancellation Terms
$595 is the starting point. The final price depends on filming time, location, editing needs and add-ons, and you see it in writing first.
Add-ons can include extra filming time, photography coverage, a second videographer, social-media edits and other custom requests, all priced in advance, and a party can pair the film with event photography. Private or restricted spots may need approval ahead of time or extra fees.
The cancellation policy applies once your project is confirmed. Cancellations received at least 72 hours before filming may be rescheduled or refunded; cancellations inside 72 hours, and no-shows, are nonrefundable. Custom add-ons and third-party costs are nonrefundable once booked.
If we judge the weather or the spot unsafe, we work with you to move or reschedule at no extra charge, as long as there’s an opening, with each change put in writing.
